PLEASE NOTE: The shipping calculated automatically during checkout is an approximate cost ONLY. 

Domestic Orders (within Australia)Depending upon delivery location shipping may actually cost more or less.  If making a PAYPAL payment or bakn deposit please finalise payment AFTER receiving an itemised invoice from De Lew Designs Australia via email which will ask you to please finalise payment ~ this invoice will have the total amount payable and payment option details. 

Orders received by 10am weekdays will normally be shipped the next day, orders received on weekends or Public Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.  On some occasions it may take up to 7 days to process an order as payment must be finalised BEFORE any order is sent. 

Please note depending upon your location, it may take up to 7-8 working days for you to receive your order once we have posted it with Australia Post - this is out of our control.

Please also note that we are located in Wagga Wagga NSW... we are outside the next day delivery zone.

International orders are dispatched via Australia Post Air Mail and the delivery time is 5 -14 days. Air Freight charges are calculated on the weight of the order and the country of destination. The shipping charges automatically calculated upon checkout are approximate postal charges for within Australia and do not apply to International orders.  Please finalise payment AFTER receiving an itemised invoice from De Lew Designs Australia via email which will ask you to please finalise payment ~ this invoice will have the total amount payable and payment option details.  We are also able to send parcels via your nominated freight carrier; please let us know which service you would prefer to use with your orderand an invoice stating the total costs will be forwarded to you.   Please Note: Some of our items are prohibited to send internationally.  You will be notified if you order contains any such known items.  De Lew Designs Australia strongly advises that customers check their local customs regulations regarding prohibited items before placing their order as De Lew Designs Australia does not accept responsibility or any associated costs for ANY items seized by customs departments in any country.

POSTAGE COSTS ( Domestic )

Postage costs are automatically calculated by the weight of each order, however these are approximate costs only, depending on your delivery postcode the postage may actually be slightly higher or lower than stated.  You will be advised via email or phone the total cost of your order including postage once we know the orders destination.

You have three options for Domestic Postage within Australia.

    ( Best Way )            -  500-1kg              = $9.00

- 1-2kg                  = $10.00

- 2-3kg                  = $12.00

- 3-4kg                  = $14.00

* Registered Post     - Add approx $2.50 to the above prices

                                   totally $100.00 or over, should use this method.

* Express Post #          To be advised after checkout

# Please be advised that due to the fact that De Lew Designs Australia are located outside the Express Post network, it will normally take 2 days for your parcel to arrive instead of 1.

Please note that De Lew Designs Australia cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcels so we strongly advise that you use registered post.

Registered post provides free insurance cover up to a value of $100.00.

Additional Insurance cover on Registered Post articles is $1.10 per $100.00 or part thereof, in excess of $100.00 parcel value and up to $5000.00 parcel value.
